Parts Update

We have had several sets of engine sleeves bored and honed to match the piston sets I have in stock. There are several sizes available.

Piston sets with gudgeon pins, rings and circlips:

JP ;  $522.50

Mazda: $255.00

Sleeve sets to match pistons: $220.


Other parts available:

Clutch Pressure plate s/h:   $70.00

Clutch friction plate s/h:       $40.00

Clutch throw out bearing,     $75.00 (new bearing)

Clutch and brake Pedal pad: New  $15.00ea.


Water pumps are currently being rebuilt. They are on an exchange basis. The price will depend on what is done to each individual pump.


If you want to attack your own pump, we have the necessary parts:

Seals(2)

Oilite bushes. size depends on your pump.

Oiling cups.

Front sealed bearing (1)

2 x Bearing circlips if needed.

Impeller with brass ring.

Front felt washer 

Mid felt washer

Keep in mind that the pump front cover and body will most likely need modification to suit the modern seals.

The Turquoise Blue formula appears below:

Important points are that it is a Valspar formula and therefore will only work when using the Valspar base colour and tinters.

The amounts are based on a 3.6 litre final mix and have to be altered up or down depending on desired quantity.

It starts with Valspar base colour S3028 (Formula not supplied - AH)

 Then add in the following tinters

K54 90 grams

L60 20 grams

G59 21.6 grams

 The user would have to go by the Valspar system to start mixing S3028 (nominating 4 L as the final qty) and the paint type wanted such as 862 for single stage 2K paint, or 888 for base and clear or acrylic.

 That will dictate the first lot of tinters and the base to which the above additional amounts are added which vary it from the base to get the correct match.
